Why do you only offer back glass replacement on iPhone 14, 15, 16, and 17 series models?
Starting with the iPhone 14, 14 Plus, and all iPhone 15–17 models, Apple engineered the rear glass as a removable modular assembly. Instead of using risky laser machines to scrape shattered glass off older glued frames, we install complete factory-spec rear glass assemblies in 30 to 60 minutes (by order).
Does your replacement back glass keep MagSafe, wireless charging, and NFC working?
Yes. Every rear glass assembly we install comes pre-equipped with the complete MagSafe magnet ring, wireless charging coil, NFC antenna, and LED flash/rear microphone flex cable.
What is the difference between your No-Logo Aftermarket, OEM Pull, and OEM New back glass tiers?
No-Logo Aftermarket ($140–$185) is a brand-new rear glass assembly without the Apple logo; Genuine OEM Pull ($150–$265) is an original factory Apple rear glass assembly inspected from a donor unit (subject to availability and price fluctuation); and Brand New Genuine OEM ($275) is a pristine factory-new Apple rear glass assembly.
Do you need my passcode, and is back glass covered by warranty?
We do not need your passcode, and the internal electronic flex components (wireless charging coil, NFC, and flash/mic flex) on your new rear assembly are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects (excluding new cracks or physical impacts).
